The Human Resources Division provides staff support services to the city government.  They are responsible for providing employment services including record keeping, insurance and benefits administration, payroll services, and other employment related issues.  The H.R. division also provides initial training to all city employees concerning city policies and proceedures, health and safety issues, and basic orientation.
