The Finance Department is responsible for a wide range of services:  managing and accounting for all financial transactions the City is involved in, accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll services, property taxes, human resources and personnel services, information technology management, utility meter reading and payment receipts, and the daily administrative operations of City Hall.
